Parent or Guardian is required to sign waiver online, we may contact to confirm acknowledgment of the membership - NO MEMBERSHIP WILL COMMENCE until this is completed or that a false signature is suspected.

TEENAGERS MUST NOT USE FREE WEIGHTS SECTION - this includes Dumbbell section and the Barbell rig. Machines should be performed first until a reasonable compliance level is achieved. We will not be responsible for any injuries caused by ignoring this statement.

YOU MUST NOT BE WEARING SCHOOL UNIFORMS

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR HYGINE IS MAINTAINED ( no stinky B.O so bring deodorant as our staff are prepared to inform you if you stink ! )
